Duties
- Provide engaging product knowledge to inform and guid customers in what is best for their needs
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including cash register operations, cash handling, and accurate cash drawer management.
- repairing cellphones and electronic devices, with care and efficiency for all of our customers.
- ensuring product availability aligns with store standards.
- Handle retail store product knowledge inquiries confidently, offering tailored recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- a familiarity with cellphone and electronics, no experience with repairs are needed we will train you.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and basic retail math enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, are essential for providing top-tier customer support.
- Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately while maintaining high standards of customer service is crucial for success.
