Entry-level Digital Marketing Specialists are expected to:
- Maintain accurate punches
- Build a foundational understanding of SEO deliverables and campaign life cycles
- Complete assigned SEO tasks by following documented standard operating procedures
- Maintain task accuracy and quality standards
- Meet baseline productivity expectations
- Escalate issues that prevent task completion to appropriate parties
- Attend team meetings and 1-on-1 calls prepared, on time, and with discussion points as needed
- Assist in covering for team members who are out of office

Entry-level candidates will be assessed on their ability to work on small teams with inter-departmental communication, as well as on their ability to respond to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with accountability for deadlines. The candidate must have strong editing skills.
Successful entry-level candidates will be passionate, willing to attack problems with flair and creativity, and enthusiastic about the challenge of helping small and medium-sized businesses.
