This position requires a minimum of three years of experience in the appliance repair industry. We are not currently hiring trainees or candidates without relevant experience.
We have been in business since 1984 and are nationally recognized. We service multiple brands under manufacturer warranty and service contracts for Polk County, Fl including Fort Meade, and Wauchula, Avon Park, and Sebring.
You must be willing to live in Polk County (our service area).This is a Monday-Friday (NO WEEKENDS) position 8-5 pm with occasional overtime. We do require a background check along with drug screening yearly. You must be able to lift 50 pounds or less. We pay by the hour, not by Commission. Pay ranges by experience. Experienced techs with more than 3 years of appliance repair or more can start off at $27.00-$29.00 plus tips and bonuses pending on experience and skill. Company service van will be provided only once you are on your own after 2-3 weeks of onboard training as an already experienced technician. Health Insurance will be provided after 90 days of employment. We offer retirement plans and up to 15 day vacation plan plus 5 sick days after 1 year of employment and other benefits. New hires will receive 5 sicks days after qualified 90 days employment with us. Steady work, and no layoffs since we have been in business. No pressure to sale items.
