CMS Heat Transfer is hiring!
We are a leading manufacturer of custom and OEM replacement shell & tube heat exchangers and are looking for experienced CNC Mill Operators to join our growing team.
We are offering $19 to $25 an hour plus shift differential, depending upon background and experience along with benefit options including medical, life insurance, paid vacation and a profit sharing plan.
All applicants must have the demonstrated ability to:
- Setup and operate a CNC Mill
- Machine a setup indicating fixture
- Determine tools required to machine parts
- Read prints and shop drawings
- Take accurate measurements including the use of micrometers and vernier calipers
- Monitor tools during operation for wear and breakage
- Lift 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to sharpen tools and drills (preferred)
- Operate a fork lift (preferred)
Our ideal candidate is reliable and flexible team player - someone who enjoys working on complex projects with an eye for precision and detail.
We are flexible on the start time but the person must be able to work between 30-40 hours a week on 2nd shift.

Salary: $25.00 to $35.00 /hour
We are located in Bohemia, NY in Suffolk County, Long Island just south of Ronkonkoma.
