Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs while providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare detailed service estimates and communicate them effectively to clients.
- Collaborate with service technicians to diagnose vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Manage service appointments and follow up with customers regarding their vehicle status.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
- Stay updated on automotive trends and dealership practices to enhance service delivery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
