Project Oversight:
- Manage day-to-day on-site operations for construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Lab Project Management:
- Familiarity with clean room construction regulations, specifications, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all aspects of lab projects meet or exceed established standards, including security, accessibility, and environmental considerations.
Data Center Expertise:
- Demonstrate proficiency in overseeing construction projects within data center environments, including knowledge of specialized equipment, systems, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of data center construction projects.
Quality and Safety Compliance:
- Uphold and enforce high-quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to create a secure working environment, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with the project management team to provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.
Travel:
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively to various project sites as needed for extended stays for project duration.
