Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community events, networking, and telemarketing campaigns
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products such as life, health, auto, or property insurance
- Negotiate policy terms and premium rates to secure the best outcomes for clients while meeting company targets
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating customer records, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive health information
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting with claims or benefits administration
- Collaborate with multilingual or bilingual clients to ensure clear communication and understanding of insurance options
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual capabilities preferred)
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance products confidently
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and customer relationship management tools
- Knowledge of marketing techniques to promote insurance services effectively
- Understanding of benefits administration and compliance standards such as HIPAA regulations where applicable
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with active listening and problem-solving abilities

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
