Location: Sculpture Body Center in Watertown, MA
Sculpture Body Center is a premier medical spa dedicated to enhancing our clients’ wellness and appearance through advanced treatments and personalized care. We are seeking a friendly and organized Part Time Client Coordinator & Admin to be the first point of contact for our clients and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Specifically, we are looking for someone to work Tuesday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Up to 30 hours per week).
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Process client checkouts, schedule appointments, and manage bookings.
- Learn about our services and educate clients on available treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Prepare treatment rooms for services and assist with light cleaning.
- Handle light laundry duties as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering calls, emails, and client inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Experience in healthcare reception—preferably in dental, beauty, or medical settings—strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced spa environment
- Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor
- Willingness to learn about medical spa treatments and confidently educate clients
- Basic computer skills for scheduling, record keeping, and client management systems
- Comfortable assisting practitioners with service recommendations and supporting retail product sales
