Job Overview
We are looking for an experience bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Hours are Day shift 11:30-5:30pm Every other Friday and every Saturday. Fill in Day/Night plus any special events we have going on.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently using the POS system while ensuring accurate billing
- Provide excellent hospitality to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Skills
- Proficient in bartending techniques with knowledge of various drink recipes.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions accurately.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly attitude during peak hrs.
