Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, including maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations
Ensure continuity and consistency in the delivery of resident services
Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote the facility
Develop and implement programs to enhance resident satisfaction and experience
Foster a climate of continuous improvement and professional growth among staff members
Other duties as assigned by senior management
Requirements:
IA NHA License
No experience required, but 3 years as a Nursing Home Administrator is preferred
Knowledge of federal and state regulations, as well as Medicare and Medicaid requirements
Strong leadership and communication skills
A degree in healthcare, business, or related field is preferred
