Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
- Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure a spotless appearance
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to meet guest needs efficiently
- Follow established custodial procedures to ensure consistent quality across all spaces
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience highly desirable for understanding guest service standards
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under time constraints
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts
