Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fence Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of fences across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Your expertise will help enhance property security, privacy, and aesthetic appeal while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities
- Operate post driving equipment
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, assemble, and install fencing materials
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment required for material handling, excavation, concrete pouring, or post setting when necessary
- Perform heavy lifting of fencing materials and components and ensure efficient installation while adhering to safety protocols
Requirements
- CDL Preferred
- Proven construction experience with a focus on fence installation or related building projects
- Strong carpentry skills with experience in frame carpentry, masonry, or concrete finishing preferred
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately
- Knowledge of welding techniques for metal fences or gate fabrication is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, masonry equipment, and landscape maintenance tools
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, bending, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety regulations including power tool safety guidelines
- Prior experience with building material installation such as masonry or hardscape is advantageous
