The Role: Where Insight Meets Impact
This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through thoughtful, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will lead the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring each client receives ethical, effective, and high-quality treatment.
You will serve as both a clinical leader and a trusted partner to families and staff—setting the tone for care, building strong relationships, and driving meaningful progress.

Focus: Treatment planning, assessments, supervision, parent training, and reassessments
- Caseload: 25–30 billable hours per week (approximately 12–15 clients)
- Work Model: In-person supervision prioritized, as we believe strong clinical outcomes are built through collaboration, direct support, and meaningful presence

RequirementsRequired Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active New York Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
Additional Requirements

Bilingual Spanish and English required
- Availability outside of billable hours to support clinical needs, staff supervision, and care coordination
- Flexibility to work at least one weekend day per week as needed, based on client and clinical needs

- $110,000–$120,000 annually (In-person)
