Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest inquiries
- Lead and manage hospitality teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction
- Oversee hotel management functions such as revenue management, budgeting, and financial operations to maximize profitability
- Coordinate guest services, resolving issues promptly and ensuring memorable experiences for all visitors
- Manage human resources activities including staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive team environment
- Monitor hotel experience metrics and implement strategies to improve guest relations and operational efficiency
- Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational compliance
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within hospitality management or hotel operations
- Strong background in hotel management, with a focus on front desk or guest services roles
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations
- Experience managing hospitality operations budgets, revenue management, and financial transactions such as night audits
- Knowledge of human resources practices within the hospitality industry including staffing and team leadership
- Previous resort experience or familiarity with managing large-scale hospitality environments is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a welcoming environment for guests
