Regional Nurse Resource
Job Summary:
Sweetwater Care is seeking a talented and dedicated Regional Nurse Resource to join our team in Greater Boston, MA. Responsibilities:
Provide medical guidance and support to Sweetwater Care's clinical teams, including clinical leadership, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based care practices and protocols
Conduct regular quality assurance and performance improvement activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, hospitals, and community-based organizations to facilitate referrals and promote seamless transitions of care
Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and clinical excellence
Identify and address potential clinical risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
Develop and implement educational programs for staff, patients, and families on a variety of topics, including chronic disease management, pain management, and wellness
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing, with a strong background in clinical leadership and operations
Current RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
