Brothers Bar & Grill, Broad Ripple, Indianapolis, IN has an immediate openings for a full-time Assistant Manager, with an expected 40 hours per work week and possible overtime. The Assistant Manager works with the General Manager in all aspects of the Bar & Grill operations including hiring, training, scheduling, inventory controls, labor management and ensuring fantastic guest experiences. Salary: $42-$45,000/year
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Previous bartending and/or serving experiences
- Outstanding organization and time management skills
- Highly motivated for success
- Engaging personality and ability to lead by example
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
