Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate employees while fostering a positive team environment.
- Schedule staff and ensure adequate coverage during business hours.
- Provide outstanding customer service and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Scoop ice cream, prepare coffee beverages, pop fresh popcorn, and assist customers with purchases.
- Train and support team members to ensure excellent service and product quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting appearance throughout both stores.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and balancing registers.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products and supplies, and communicate ordering needs.
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company standards are consistently followed.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Assist wherever needed to ensure the smooth daily operation of both shops.
Qualifications:
- Previous management, retail, or food service experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling cash and supervising employees.
- Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines a plus.
