Skills
- Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide within healthcare or food service settings.
- Strong background in menu planning, food preparation, cooking techniques, and food service operations.
- Knowledge of safety standards in production environments including food handling and sanitation protocols.
- Familiarity with the food industry’s best practices for meal preparation, food safety management, and catering services.
- Excellent knife skills with slicing techniques that ensure efficiency and precision during food prep.
