Salary Range:$100,000.00 To $300,000.00 Annually
The Buckeye Law Group is actively seeking motivated and passionate attorneys to join our esteemed legal team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care and achieve outstanding results.
Overview of Responsibilities:
As an attorney specializing in personal injury matters, you will manage a diverse caseload while leading a dedicated team of paralegals and case managers to ensure timely processing and strict adherence to all legal deadlines. You will represent clients during negotiations, striving to secure the best possible outcomes for their personal injury claims.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiating and settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.
- Review policies, claims and other records (i.e. medical records).
- Prepare, write, and argue legal documents, including but not limited to memos, theory of liability and demands.
- Communicate with clients to provide case status updates.
- Manage volume case load with a team of case managers and paralegals.
- Conduct and attend IME's, EUO's and recorded statements, as necessary.
- Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio.
- Experience in Personal Injury Law; preferred 3 years+
- Strong negotiation, communication and writing skills.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage a team of case managers and paralegals.

Base Pay: $90,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year depending on experience.
Bonus Pay: Uncapped monthly bonuses based on performance.
In office position, no hybrid or remote options available.
