Wise Street Eats is launching soon, and we aren’t looking for "staff"—we’re looking for the original crew that will build this brand. We aren't fine dining, but we have elite standards. This is a fast-casual environment where speed meets quality. We need people who are hungry to prove themselves, obsessed with high-speed execution, and ready to take ownership of a new concept from Day 1.

The Role (High-Standard Execution)
- Service Ambassador: Owning the guest experience at the counter. You are the face of the brand—handling high-volume interactions with speed, accuracy, and personality.
- Kitchen Execution: Preparing and assembling food with precision. No ego, just consistent, high-quality execution every time.
- Operational Excellence: Keeping the shop dialed in, clean, and organized. You treat the space like you own it.
- Growth Mindset: Learning every facet of the business. We have big plans, and we promote those who show the most hustle.
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
