Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing water and wastewater construction projects.

Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.

Track project schedules and monitor progress to ensure milestones are achieved.

Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment.

Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Support cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly project reporting.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.

Participate in project meetings with owners, engineers, and inspectors.

Assist with project closeout including punch lists, as-built drawings, warranties, and final documentation.

Ensure compliance with company safety standards and quality control requirements.

Perform site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve field issues.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

2–6 years of construction experience preferred.

Experience with water or wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, underground utilities, or heavy civil construction is strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software is a plus.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
