Required qualifications: RN Executive Director Patient Care Critical Care
- The Executive Director of Patient Care Services will oversee Critical Care service lines at our client's healthcare facility, which include the ICU, ICU Step Down, and Neuroscience units. The PCS Executive Director is a dynamic and seasoned leader responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care across multiple departments, patient populations, and service lines. The position combines strategic leadership with operational management, focusing on patient outcomes, staff recruitment and retention, regulatory compliance, and efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications: RN Executive Director Patient Care Critical Care
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience, ideally with a focus in critical care services.
- Master's degree required; DNP preferred.
- Registered Nurse License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license.
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Strong knowledge of processes, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Must have clinical nursing experience in Critical Care
- Must have nursing leadership experience (director or manager level), preferably in critical care
Pay: Up to $185,000.00 per year
