We are seeking a Barbershop / Salon Manager responsible for our location’s day-to-day operations.
We are a busy and well-established men's and boys' haircutting salon. Barbershop/Salon Manager responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting our services, and hiring and training our team members. We want to meet you if you are ready to take your career to the next level and have excellent organizational abilities. Ultimately, you’ll be running the business with support from our local team leaders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily barbershop/salon operations
- Hire and train stylists/barbers
- Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
- Ensure all services meet high-quality standards
Skills
- Proven work experience in a salon or barbershop
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle customers’ requests with grace
A current Wisconsin Barber or Cosmetology License is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year + tips + bonus
