Children & Youth Advocate
Department: Outreach Victim Services
FLSA Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Work Schedule: Days, may include, evenings, and weekends when needed.
Under the direction of the Outreach Services Coordinator, the Children & Youth Advocate will provide safety and empowerment of child, adolescent, and teen victims of domestic violence and sexual assault by providing individual and group case management along with crisis intervention and peer support services. The Children & Youth Advocate is also responsible for developing and implementing an effective working relationship with Child Protective Services (CPS) to improve the coordination of services for the agency’s CPS clients while serving as the agency’s CPS Liaison.
