We are seeking passionate and dedicated teachers to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curriculum that promotes the social, emotional, spiritual, physical, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children.
Responsibilities
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote literacy, math, and physical education.
- Teach Gospel based lessons and promote Christian values
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive social interactions among students.
- Provide individualized support to children with special needs or those requiring early intervention.
- Monitor and assess student progress through standardized testing and informal assessments.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development, progress, and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques.
- Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports diverse learning needs.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
