Job Summary
We’re looking for an energetic and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations with passion and precision. In this role, you’ll oversee daily restaurant functions, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive profitability. Responsibilities
- Lead the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment.
- Oversee food preparation processes, maintaining consistency with brand standards and health regulations.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales tracking, and inventory control.
- Control inventory levels through effective stock management practices and minimize waste while maximizing profitability.
- Handle cash management duties including cash handling procedures and daily reconciliation.
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for growth and cost savings.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing quick service or fast food restaurants; fine dining or casual dining experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and food handling procedures.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills for staff training, customer service, and interdepartmental coordination.
- Background in managing budgets, conducting interviews, and performing staff development initiatives.
- Experience in catering, banquet operations, or hotel hospitality management is advantageous.
