Integrator (Sr. Director / VP of Operations) – Turn Vision into Reality

THE ROLE — WHAT YOU’LL DO AND WHY YOU’LL EXCEL
As Integrator, you are the strategic and operational backbone of the company. You translate the Visionary’s direction into executable strategy, build the systems that make execution scalable, and hold the Leadership Team accountable to delivering results inside those systems. Because you think analytically and independently, you won’t wait for consensus — you’ll examine the data, diagnose the gap, and architect the solution. Because you are wired for growth and change, you will drive aggressive revenue goals and lead Sales & Marketing directly. Because you operate with urgency across multiple priorities at once, you won’t be slowed by complexity — you’ll organize it. And because precision matters to you, the systems you build won’t be loose frameworks — they’ll be the kind of tight, clear structures that people can actually operate within and be held to.
You will own:
- Full alignment with the Owner/Visionary and lead execution of the company’s strategic plan.
- Leadership Team accountability — lead the weekly L10, quarterly, and annual strategic planning meetings.
- Sales & Marketing — own the growth strategy and lead the team directly.
- Operational excellence across Client Experience, Caregiver Experience, and Finance & Administration.
- AI integration — identify and implement tools that enhance every function of the business.
- Scalable systems that grow with the company 10X in 3 years — not systems that break under pressure.
