We are currently adding 1 local, new-to-the-industry, confident, intelligent, aspiring, energetic, and sophisticated licensed or not yet licensed brokers with the drive to represent our unique brand and take themselves and our company to the next level.

Frequently Asked Questions & Answers
- How does this position pay? This is a commission position. All training, mentorship, and office resources have no cost to our broker. All compensation models have bonus opportunities.
- How do we ensure our agent's success? We mentor our agents and provide a proven and highly duplicatable system. This ensures long-term and consistent growth.
- How do we get clients? We work leads exclusively generated for our brokers. Our brokers are free to help friends and family, but that is not our focus, as we are not an MLM.
- Do brokers have to pay for leads? It is up to the broker. Fresh leads are provided to our agents at no cost, or our brokers may purchase their leads to receive a higher compensation level if and when they choose. That ensures our agents have enough clients to reach out to daily, to hit their goals. These are not old, beat-up leads, these are fresh, exclusive leads.
- Do agents have to recruit? No, brokers who are only interested in focusing on their production are those we cater to. Our offices are designed to hold no more than 12 brokers per location. This ensures our leaders can give the training and leads needed for the best chance of success.
- Is there an opportunity to grow? Yes. We only promote from within and do not hire on agency partners. When someone proves they have the skill, ability, and desire to lead agents, we will help build an agency with them. We help with everything from recruiting to office location and space.
- What is the schedule? 11 am through 7 pm daily until training is completed.
- Are agents required to have a license? No, if hired, we will help you with the process as long as you are committed to getting it within a 4 week period.
- What if you are not happy? If you, or we, are not happy, an immediate contract release will be given. We do not hold contracts hostage!
