Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $800 – $1,000 weekly
- Benefits: Social security and medical insurance compliant with Nevada state labor laws are provided.
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, weekends off.
Job Responsibilities
- Customer Communication & Scheduling OutreachIntroduce our automotive window tint, paint protection film (PPF) and other vehicle coating products & services to prospective US customers via phone calls, and dig deep to identify clients’ specific demands.
- Sales Lead ConversionProactively invite interested prospects to schedule in-store professional consultations or service demos; continuously follow up on customer intent and track their shop visit status.
- Customer Relationship ManagementLog and maintain all customer profiles and call notes accurately and systematically to ensure seamless pre-arrival service coordination.
- Cross-Department CollaborationMaintain efficient communication with China headquarters and local Las Vegas shop teams to guarantee smooth handoff of customer appointments and vehicle services.
- Ad Hoc AssignmentsComplete other relevant work tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Language Proficiency (Mandatory Core Qualification)Native-level fluent American English with zero communication barriers for phone conversations with US clients; fluent Mandarin is also required.
- Communication SkillsExcellent verbal communication, presentation and active listening skills over the phone, with natural interpersonal warmth and persuasive ability.
- Preferred ExperiencePrior background in telesales, customer service or outbound calling roles is a plus.
- Professional QualityStrong customer service mindset, results-driven work style, self-motivated, highly responsible and capable of executing tasks independently.
- Work AdaptabilityAble to maintain steady pace of outbound calling and collaborate effectively across time zones for remote team coordination.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
- Previous work experience in the automotive aftermarket industry, including window tinting, auto detailing, vehicle modification, etc.
- Proven track record of converting leads and successfully booking customer in-store appointments.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
