Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence across all channels. Duties
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with company goals, emphasizing digital channels such as social media, email marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize campaigns using SEO tools, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings across multiple content management systems like WordPress and other platforms.
- Oversee content creation including copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, etc. to produce engaging multimedia assets.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, SQL queries, and other analytics tools to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Coordinate social media management efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on e-commerce initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of digital marketing efforts with sales strategies.
- Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, performance marketing, and B2B marketing to keep strategies innovative and competitive.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO tools, Google AdWords/Ads, Facebook Advertising, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in content creation tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), graphic design skills, and content management systems like WordPress.
- Knowledge of web design, web developments, CRO and SEO.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective copywriting for diverse audiences across multiple channels.
- Experience managing social media platforms with expertise in social media management tools and social media marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of SEM (Search Engine Marketing), conversion optimization techniques, and performance marketing tactics.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform strategic decisions; experience with analytics tools is essential.
- Excellent project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Experience and requirements:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, new media, communications or equivalent preferred.
- Proven working experience in social media marketing, marketing specialist or similar role.
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media, etc., and marketing research methods.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords, etc.).
