Spa Front Desk Coordinator – Part-Time

Do you love talking to people and creating exceptional experiences? Prime IV Hydration & Wellness is seeking a motivated, upbeat Spa Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our spa and support daily operations in a fast-growing, wellness-focused environment.
Schedule:
Part-Time Weekdays and Weekends — (approx. 10:00 AM–6:00 PM)
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Welcome guests and manage front desk operations
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Schedule appointments and manage phone/email communications
- Manage and balance cash drawer accurately
- Manage lead pipeline, respond to CRM inquiries and spa emails
- Call past-due members and support membership sales
- Conduct consultations if delegated (after RN medical clearance)
- Complete end-of-shift reports and deposits
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and lobby areas
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for wellness and helping guests feel their best
- Highly motivated, reliable, and a self-starter
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM and scheduling systems
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Spa, wellness, or front desk experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
