Xcel Staffing is looking to fill a temp-to-hire position CNC Turret Set Up & Operator for one of our client in Addison, IL on 1st shift.
Shift Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6:00a.m. – 2:30p.m
Pay Rate:
$18.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience and overall machine knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC turret machines efficiently and safely
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications
- Perform machine adjustments and tooling changes as needed
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience setting up and operating CNC turret, lasor machines required
- Experience with Amada machines is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
