Responsibilities

- Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards
- Collaborate with dietary team members to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate documentation of food temperatures, inventory levels, and sanitation checks
- Contribute to creating a positive dining experience that encourages social interaction and resident satisfaction
Requirements
- Prior experience in dietary assistance, food service, or related culinary roles preferred
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Experience with menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation for diverse dietary needs
- Familiarity with restaurant or catering environments is a plus
