Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with questions about services, scheduling, and account information
- Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or concerns
- Navigate a CRM system to manage scheduling, work orders, and payments
- Resolve customer complaints calmly, professionally, and efficiently
- Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and client experience
- Use Microsoft Office for documentation, data entry, and reporting
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and clear communication at all times
- Review customer feedback and identify trends for improvement
- Ability to cold call clients to prospect for new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele
- General computer proficiency; ability to learn new systems
- Accurate typing and data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions under pressure
- Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
