We’re partnering with a well-established, food manufacturer seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability at a high-speed production facility.

Qualifications
- Safety, GMP, and audit compliance
- 6+ years of maintenance leadership experience
- Food or regulated manufacturing background
- Strong mechanical & electrical foundation
- Proven ability to improve uptime and reliability
- Comfortable leading from the floor, not the office
- Applicants must have valid, independent authorization to work in the United States
- Candidates must be able to work for any employer in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship of any kind
Responsibilities
- Full maintenance department leadership (mechanical, electrical, utilities, facilities)
- Preventive & predictive maintenance programs
- Downtime reduction and root cause initiatives
- Maintenance budgeting and capital project support
- Cross-functional partnership with Production & Plant Leadership
- This facility operates in a fast-paced, non-union environment with a strong culture of execution and accountability
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
