Practice Overview

You'll join a long-standing community dermatology clinic with a loyal patient base and immediate volume

Primary site includes dedicated exam, cosmetic, and procedure space; you'll supervise an on-site NP

Opportunity to expand beyond general derm and injectables into higher-acuity skin cancer work (within local service-line alignment)

Secondary site functions as the regional hub with on-site dermatopathology access and periodic Mohs coverage
Schedule

Full-time model built around a 4-day, patient-facing week (including virtual visits as needed)

Established panel allows for a quick ramp; you can tailor clinic vs. procedure time as your practice grows

Administrative work (charting, labs) handled outside patient-facing hours for clearer clinic flow

Flexibility to incorporate medical, cosmetic, and selected procedural services based on your interests
Compensation & Benefits

Collections-based compensation starting at 40% of net cash collections for personally performed clinical care and injectables

Additional income streams: 10% of net APP collections for supervised providers

Ramp-up support: option for a 1-2 year guaranteed monthly base salary during transition; sign-on/relocation/student loan support may be available

Benefits include 20 days PTO (inclusive of CME/sick), 6 holidays + 2 floating holidays, up to $7,000 CME, employer-paid licensing/DEA/dues, and malpractice with tail
Candidate Requirements

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Dermatology

Illinois medical license (unrestricted) in hand or eligible; active DEA (or ability to obtain)

Comfort providing collaborative oversight to APPs and aesthetic staff

Interest in building your preferred case mix (medical derm, cosmetics, and/or selected skin cancer procedures)
