At Tideway Market, we believe guests should leave better off than when they arrived. As an Evening Food Service Team Member, you are the Professional Executor of our customer-facing kitchen. You aren’t just filling warmers or making pizzas; you’re owning the evening flow with precision, pace, and presence.
Evenings are where we protect the Tideway standard during dinner traffic, online/call-in orders, and the after-work rush. We’re looking for someone who can maintain Station Discipline while building real relationships with our loyal locals and US-1 travelers.
What You’ll Do:
· Warmer & Line Execution: Keep warmers full with consistent, high-quality product (burger/grill items, pizza, fried chicken, etc.) while staying ahead of demand.
· Order Production: Make and produce call-in and online orders accurately and on time—quality first, even when it’s busy.
· Guest Awareness (Customer-Facing Kitchen): Stay friendly and composed at the window/line. Guests should feel served—not processed. If you love building relationships with regulars, you’ll do well here.
· Station Integrity: Own your environment—clean-as-you-go, stocked ingredients, labeled/dated product, and a strong close that sets the next shift up for success.
· Flow Contribution: Communicate clearly, call out low inventory early, jump in to prevent bottlenecks, and provide retail/register backup when needed.
