The Project Manager - Luxury Retail will:
- Manage luxury retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
- Lead client meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Oversee procurement, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Utilize Procore, Sage, and Microsoft Office to drive project execution and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and field teams to ensure project success.
- Support projects throughout Boston, with potential exposure to projects in New York and Florida.
