- Guide guests through the menu, specials, and signature items with enthusiasm

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them seamlessly into the POS system
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Keep a close pulse on your guests, anticipate needs, and respond quickly
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset
- Maintain clean, organized service areas and complete all side work
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Jump in to support teammates, whether running food, clearing tables, or backing up the bar
- Create a memorable send-off that leaves guests wanting their next visit

Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with all types of guests
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of service procedures, food, and beverage operations
- Confidence in handling a POS system and cash transactions
- Ability to multitask and stay sharp under pressure
- Team-first mentality with a willingness to step in wherever needed
- Physical ability to carry trays and stay active throughout your shift
