We are looking for an experienced, HVAC-certified Maintenance Technician for Annie's Townhomes in Memphis, Tennessee.
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, rotating weekends on-call, overtime as needed
Responsibilities include:

HVAC and appliance installation and repair

Plumbing and electrical repair
-
Lock installation, repair, and re-keying

Preventive maintenance

Make-ready
- Daily documentation of work performed

Following company and OSHA safety policies
Requirements
MUST HAVE
-
HVAC certification (Universal preferred)
-
2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
-
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
-
Physical ability to perform assigned tasks
- General knowledge of applicable building codes / laws
- Ability to complete required documentation

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Reliable vehicle suitable for maintenance work

Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance
-
Ability to pass credit, background, and drug screenings
