We are seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and drive excellence in our production processes. This role is vital in optimizing manufacturing operations, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. - Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
- Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, to design tooling, fixtures, and process layouts.
- Program and troubleshoot robotics and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to automate assembly lines and industrial equipment.
- Assist production in accurate scheduling for operations
- Create work order travelers
- Conduct root cause analysis on production issues to identify solutions that prevent recurrence.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process engineering projects involving plastics injection molding, CNC programming, and fabrication.
- Prepare schematics, technical drawings, and process documentation adhering to ISO 9001 standards. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience working within a manufacturing facility or production environment with factory experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in assembly lines, robotics, welding, tooling, and fabrication processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CAM programming tools.
- Skilled in CNC programming (including CNC machining), GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and vision inspection systems.
- Familiarity with industrial equipment such as CNC machines, industrial robots, PLCs, and industrial safety standards including ISO 9001 compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
