Job ID: T#5955 - Senior Analytics Platform Engineer (Linux/AWS/Python/SAS)
PLEASE NOTE: This is a 9 month contract to hire and needs to meet Client full-time conversion policies. Those dependent on a work permit sponsor now or anytime in the future (ie H1B, OPT, CPT, etc) do not meet Client requirements for this opening.
Top 3 primary skills most critical for success:
• Enterprise Linux administration (RHEL 8): Every platform runs on Linux across 14+ servers. Strong command-line proficiency with systemd, performance analysis, user administration, and PAM-based authentication is the foundation.
• Multi-platform analytics management: This role spans SAS, Python/Condaplus, R/RStudio, SPSS, PyCharm, and KNIME simultaneously. The person must context-switch daily and communicate upgrade timelines and capacity constraints to business-side peers.
• AI tool proficiency: We use AI extensively for troubleshooting, building internal tools, automating workflows, and generating documentation. We need someone who actively leverages AI to accelerate their work.
