We are seeking an experienced and versatile Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide care for our patients. This role requires a provider who is confident managing primary care, immigration screening exams while also delivering high-quality wellness services and medical weight loss treatments and Hormone Therapy.
Work Schedule: Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays // 9am - 5pm
NOTE: This is a 1099 position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Primary care patients
- Provide wellness services
- Hormone Therapy
- Develop and oversee individualized medical weight loss plans
- Perform patient assessments, order and interpret labs, and create treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications:
- Nurse Practitioner in Texas
- Experience with Hormone Therapy
- Experience in medical weight loss management
- Strong clinical, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
