Position Summary
As a Restaurant Team Member, you’ll help create an excellent guest experience by preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering friendly service. Whether you’re making pizzas, working the buffet line, or helping customers at the register, your positive attitude and teamwork make our café a great place to eat and work.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service
- Prepare pizzas, pastas, and salads according to company recipes and standards
- Keep the buffet clean, stocked, and visually appealing
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support team members and managers as needed during busy shifts
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus (but not required)
- Must be at least 16 years old
