Coordinate closely with project management, commissioning teams, and MEP trades to maintain schedule integrity and quality standards.

Supervise installation of complex mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring code compliance and safety excellence

Lead start-up, testing, and commissioning phases for mission-critical environments.

Drive coordination between field teams, engineers, and owners to deliver projects exceeding expectations.
Qualifications:

8+ years of experience leading MEP scopes on large commercial or data center projects ($100M+ preferred).

Strong background in mission-critical, industrial, or high-density MEP systems.

Proven success managing large subcontractor teams in fast-paced environments.

Deep technical understanding of HVAC, power distribution, and controls.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and quality.
