Key Responsibilities:
● Actively engage with tourists and locals on the Las Vegas Strip, promoting and selling
tickets for a variety of shows, concerts, tours, and events.
● Provide exceptional customer service, offering personalized recommendations to
enhance the Las Vegas experience for each individual.
● Process transactions quickly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless access to events.
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Las Vegas entertainment offerings, including show schedules, venue information, and special events.
● Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a
positive team environment.
● Be available to work flexible shifts, including days, weekends, major events, and
holidays, to meet the needs of our business and customers.
Qualifications:
● Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in a
face-to-face environment.
● Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required to complete all sales transactions.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with a diverse range of individuals. Bilingual is a plus.
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment.
● A proactive, results-driven attitude, with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
● Knowledge of the Las Vegas entertainment scene is a plus.
● Work conditions may include a smoky environment, working evening shifts, or working outside in various extreme noise and/or weather conditions.
● Standing/Walking: Must be able to move about for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
