Based on classification and pay plan for Classified employees:
Grade 28: $21.16 hourly
SUMMARY/SCOPE/GOAL
Ensure the proper maintenance and preparation of School Board athletic fields and grounds.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or equivalent diploma required.
Licensed in Limited Lawn/Ornamental herbicide Application by the State of Florida; must maintain
licensure for continued employment.
Three (3) years verifiable experience in athletic field maintenance and preparation, including herbicide
and pesticide application and irrigation systems.
PREFERRED/DESIRED:
Associate degree or advanced education and training in athletic field maintenance preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/TRAINING:REQUIRED:
Valid Florida Drivers license.
