A-1 Kendrick Fence is looking to add experienced Crew Leaders to our growing team. This position is responsible for leading fence installation crews on residential and commercial projects while ensuring jobs are completed safely, professionally, and to company standards.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage fence installation crews on residential and commercial projects
- Drive company trucks and transport crews, tools, and materials safely
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the project
- Ensure projects are completed correctly, efficiently, and safely
- Read job details and coordinate daily workflow with management
- Maintain organization and accountability on the jobsite
- Train and assist crew members as needed
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained
Requirements
- Prior fence, construction, or crew leadership experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Dependable transportation to the office daily
- Ability to lead a crew and solve problems in the field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on various terrains
- Repetitive bending, squatting, reaching, grasping, and twisting motions
- Good coordination and physical stamina
