Job Summary: Provides administrative support for designated Trust Officers.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

Prepares data for operations processing

Retrieves and compiles data for designated accounts

Processes contribution and distribution checks

Performs calculations related to investment performance

Handles routine correspondence with customers

Drafts annual account summary reports
- Processes mail, schedule appointments, and performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Exceptional customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong aptitude for working with numbers and attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Strong typing, grammar, and proofreading skills

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Background in investments, banking, trust, or basic accounting procedures is helpful

Ability to work overtime as needed
