Lead Event Installer / Driver
$18–$20/hr + Night Shift Differential | Full-Time
Pay & Schedule
- $18.00/hr starting
- $20.00/hr after 90 days
- 25% night shift differential for hours worked after 8:00 PM
- During busy season it is required to work a night shift Friday/Saturday
- Overtime available during busy seasons.

What You’ll Do
- Load, unload, and deliver event rental equipment
- Verify inventory against invoices
- Drive company vehicles safely and professionally
- Install, assemble, and break down tents and event equipment
- Communicate with Dispatch throughout the day
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and vehicles
Work Environment
- Company trucks
- Local & regional event sites
- Warehouse and outdoor venues
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all conditions
- Familiar with GPS and local roads
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- DOT Physical Card required (not required at hire)
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience driving box trucks, forklifts, or working in a warehouse or event environment
